Setting up for Humpty
My final project is a half stop motion, half motion graphics/computer animation version of the child’s rhyme, Humpty Dumpty. It will feature a stop motion Humpty, and possible stop motion horses and men, composited with a computer generated background and world. The rhyme will be told with kinetic, animated text, and the entire image will be similar to that of an animated book.
So far, I have start constructing the set for the stop motion, which will be done in front of a green screen. So far I have the screen up, and have a greened table to animated on. In addition, I will be using a Canon DSLR for the stop motion, hopefully to attain the best picture and depth of field.
Soon I will post a storyboard or animatic of the movie, but until then here is a what the green screen looks like.

What is that thing made out of? Was it expensive/hard to make?
Also.
How’s Google Wave working out?
Its a big muslin cloth, probably from eBay for under $50. My roommate had it. Still has a lot of wrinkles and creases in it.
